You can always see the current estimated delivery times for each delivery option in our checkout. Please note that the delivery time covers both our internal packing time and the shipment time with the courier itself.The shown delivery time in the checkout process covers both our internal handling time and the shipment time.&nbsp;If the delivery says 2-7 working days, it might mean that your order will first be sent out after 2 working days, but it should arrive within 7 working days in total.If there are any internal delays we will do our best to let you know. When will my package be delivered?

Once your order is packed in our warehouse, you&rsquo;ll receive an email with both your invoice and your tracking link(s). You can follow your parcel all the way through the delivery process with the tracking link(s).Please note&nbsp;that the link usually becomes active after 1-3 working days. If you receive the email on a Saturday or Sunday, it might not be scanned until early Wednesday morning. If the tracking seems to be delayed, you&rsquo;re more than welcome to reach out to our <a href="/support/14#8">Customer Care Team</a>, and we can look into the matter. Please note! How to track my order?

If your parcel has been delivered to a different parcel shop, it could be your preferred parcel shop is full. The couriers have the right to do this in order to make sure the delivery is done as quickly as possible. This often occurs in high seasons, such as Black Week, Christmas, Easter and summer sales. Unfortunately, we&rsquo;re not able to move the parcel once it has been handed over to the parcel shop.With this said, mistakes can happen. If for some reason, the delivery seems way off, you&rsquo;re welcome to <a href="/support/14#8">reach out to us</a>, and we&rsquo;ll see what we can do.

My order was delivered to the wrong pick-up point

To pick up your order from the parcel shop, you need to bring your parcel ID (often the last 4-6 digits are enough) together with your personal ID.&nbsp;If you&rsquo;ve chosen a parcel locker as a delivery method, you&rsquo;ll need to bring the pick-up code from the courier. How to collect my package from a pick-up point?

If your parcel has been delivered to a parcel shop instead of your home address, it might be that::<ul><li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">Your address was hard to locate</li><li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">The delivery couldn&rsquo;t be done in a secure/dry place&nbsp;</li><li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">You weren&rsquo;t home and hadn&rsquo;t consented to the parcel being delivered without you.</li><li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">Your name wasn&rsquo;t stated on the mailbox</li></ul>In these cases, couriers have the right to redirect your parcel to a different parcel shop to ensure safe delivery. If the delivery still isn&rsquo;t possible or consent for the parcel being placed has not been given, the parcel will be delivered back to us, and we&rsquo;ll handle the parcel as a case of &quot;<a href="/support/18#50">right of withdrawal</a>&quot;.

I chose home delivery: why was my package delivered to a pick-up point?

We ship all of our orders in plain brown boxes with brown packing tape. The sender will always be shown as &ldquo;Mcompany&rdquo;. How is the delivery discreet?

You&rsquo;ll get an email with your tracking link when we finish packing your parcel. Our couriers pick up at different times, but we always do our best to ensure your parcel has the soonest possible pick-up time from your chosen courier.&nbsp;You can follow your parcel throughout the delivery process with the <a href="/support/4#23">tracking link</a>(s). What about the shipment confirmation?

If you&rsquo;ve ordered a larger or heavier product (e.g. sex dolls, large sex machines etc.), it won&rsquo;t be delivered with any of the shown delivery methods on our site. We&rsquo;ll send these products with a special delivery method often carried out by DSV or UPS. Delivery is to the curb, not the door.&nbsp;The delivery can only be done to your home address. Delivery to a parcel shop or locker is not possible due to size and weight restrictions. If we don&#39;t have a clear address in your order, we&rsquo;ll reach out to you by email or phone. Please note that these shipments will be delivered without a need for your signature upon delivery. How are large or heavy items delivered?

If you&rsquo;ve placed two orders within a short period of time, it might seem like a good idea to combine them into one shipment - perhaps to save some delivery costs. Unfortunately, this isn&rsquo;t possible in our order and payment systems. That means the orders need to go through as two separate orders that&rsquo;ll ultimately be shipped separately.

Can I merge multiple orders?

We are 100% online, so we don&#39;t have any physical stores where you can pick up your parcel. Our local address is for returns only (that can be returned via courier, not returned in person).
